Add your product in your cart, next you have to check out the cart and add your personal info (address and billing). Now the last step is to proceed your order. Online transactions or direct bank transfers are best choice foe buying an online digital product and for physical products you can choose whatever you have access to. Like cash on delivery and bank transfers.

If you haven’t received your transaction receipt you can contact the customer support, But overall whenever you place any order your transaction receipt will show on the left hand site. And If you lost your login details, then simply select the lost password options and they will send you and reset password link on your email address.

Select the lost password option or contact the support team. They will review your issue and will give you access back of your account.

If your product isn’t showing in website results, may be your product was deleted or have been temporary disabled. contact your support team to find out why your product isn’t showing in any of the results.

Both sellers and buyers have the advantage of direct payments and cash on delivery services. For shopping digital products, the direct bank transfers are the fastest for these types of products but for the physical products you can choose the option which suites the best to you.

We are not selling any type subscription or membership product. But for other services which needs to renewals we only use manual renewals which means your subscription will only be renewals when you give permission.

Basically we use Cash to Delivery, Bank Transfer, Check (only for few specific items), and online payments. You can use any these or all of them.

If you have already placed an order and you wants to upgrade your purchase then you must have to cancel your order. Only then you can upgrade your purchase. But if still you haven’t proceed to check out and product is still in your cart then you can upgrade your purchase without canceling anything.

Once you have successfully created your account then you don’t have to create more accounts for other products. You can buy as much as you like only with your one personal account.

Once your order is completed and your payment is received, you will receive an email or a phone call directing you to the page where you can download your purchase.

If you want to cancel your account (including both seller account and buyer account) You can simply find the account cancel in your dashboard, but if you are facing any issues you can contact the support team.

Normally you will be paid on monthly basis. but you can ask for urgent payments which can take 10 to 14 days. But if you are selling any digital product, you will be paid on every 7 days.
